The following questions and answers are designed to provide an understanding of The Recreation Club or ClubRec and membership opportunities that are currently available. These questions and answers are only a summary of the information regarding ClubRec and a Membership Terms Agreement along with ClubRec’s Rules and regulations will be available for review prior to purchasing a membership.

What does membership in the Club offer?

The Recreation Club Membership provides your family or business with the means to enjoy year round recreation activities based primarily in line with the use of motor sports equipment.

What equipment is offered by The Recreation Club?

The Club offers a wide variety of recreational vehicles including snowmobiles, Atv's, Motorhomes, Ski and Wakeboarding boats, and Wave-runners.

Does the Club provide the need accessories upon use?

Yes, the Club will provide an allotment of accessories to members such as wake boards, skis, tubes, life vests, trailers that are needed for your trip. The club will also have additional accessories available for rent to further enhance your trip. These accessories are made available variably based upon the membership purchased.

How Many Memberships are available in the Club?

ClubRec Draper will only offer a maximum amount of 200 memberships at any given time. This will help ensure that our members are well taken care of and have optimum access to equipment.

What are the levels of membership available?

Basic and Full Service Memberships are available in ClubRec. Basic membership allows for use of regular recreational equipment while Full Service Memberships will include premiere services such as delivery, no hassle returns, advanced reservation opportunities and much more. Please speak to a Club representative to learn more.

Will inventory always be available for use?

The Club requires that it operates above an 85% fulfillment rate. This means that more then 85% of the time we must fulfill all reservations based on our inventory levels. If the Club should dip below that rate of 85% fulfillment the Club will acquire more equipment.

Are my reservations confirmed and guaranteed?

Yes. Once a reservation has been made it will be confirmed via e-mail to the address you have on file. Once your reservation is made that equipment will not be available for use to anyone else during your reserved dates.

What makes my membership in the Club secure?

ClubRec is much more stable than any rental company because of our members. Our members know that club inventory is shared and accessed by other members. They take better care of club equipment knowing that it is in the best interests of the company and all the members to do so. This helps the club to ensure high quality equipment that lasts longer. Unlike a rental business ClubRec enjoys stability year round thanks to our membership programs. This gives the club security you won't find in any other company. ClubRec sold its first membership in 2002 and has been going strong ever since. The ClubRec program continues to expand which offers members more benefits and security.

Can members be assessed to cover any operating deficits?

Not after paying for a membership term. As long as a member is within a “Membership Term” they can not be assessed additional fees to cover the current equipment inventory offerings. Fees or levies may be charged upon use of new or never before offered special or performance inventory. This protects members from paying for high performance or special inventory if they do not wish to use it.

Who is eligible to acquire a membership in the Club?

Membership is the Club will be offered to select individuals, families and business that are referred by other members, apply and are approved by the club management.

How do I become a member of The Recreation Club?

To become a member in the Club, you must submit to the Membership Office at the Club a fully completed and signed Membership Terms Agreement, a signed Membership Rules and Regulations Agreement and a check for the required membership deposit or initiation fee. In the event your application is not acted upon favorably, the membership deposit will be fully refunded.

What are the minimum terms and agreements are available?

Currently the minimum term is a 3 year membership with 30 points per year, which allows a member to use equipment up to 30 days during that year. This is only our basic membership package. If this will not work for your family please contact a club representative about our other packages or about the possibility of designing a customized package for your family.

What membership offers the most value?

The executive membership package offers the most value with better reservation opportunities and more available points. As an executive member you will have 46 points per year and many more benefits. Contact a club representative to learn more.

What options do I have regarding payment for membership?

After your club initiation fee, you can pay your monthly membership dues by credit card or direct deposit from a checking account. Talk to a club representative if you would like to trade in your recreational equipment towards a membership package.
