The following questions and answers are designed to provide an understanding of The Recreation Club or ClubRec and membership opportunities that are currently available. These questions and answers are only a summary of the information regarding ClubRec and a Membership Terms Agreement along with ClubRec’s Rules and regulations will be available for review prior to purchasing a membership.
The Recreation Club Membership provides your family or business with the means whereby to enjoy year round recreation
activities based primarily in line with the use of motor sports equipment.

The Club offers the worlds best selling snowmobiles , Ski Doo, Top of the line Suzuki and Bombardier sport and utility All Terrain Vehicles
(ATV), championship KTM off road Motorcycles, the most coveted Sea Doo Personal Water Craft, family cruiser and wakeboard Boats and easy to
use and comfortable Coachman Motor homes.
Yes, the Club does provide accessories to members such as helmets, wake boards, life vests, trailers and gear needed upon use.
These accessories are made available variably based upon the membership purchased.
Each ClubRec membership hub or location will only offer 225 full memberships.
Basic and Full Service Memberships are available in ClubRec. Basic membership allows for use of regular recreational equipment while
Full Service Memberships will include premiere services such as delivery, no hassle returns, use of real estate, travel services and local
recreation such as golf and dinning.
The Club requires that it operates above an 85% fulfillment rate. This means that more then 85% of the time we must fulfill all guaranteed
reservations based on our inventory levels. If the Club should dip below that rate the Club will acquire more equipment.
Yes. Once a reservation has been made it will be confirmed and if booked more then 21 days in advance, it will be guaranteed!
ClubRec is owed by Recreation Solutions, Inc. which owns franchise dealerships including Suzuki, Sea Doo, Sea Doo Sport Boat, Ski Doo,
Bombardier, KTM, Vento and Coachman. The dealership(s) have been in operation since 2001. ClubRec sold its first membership in 2002 and has
been going strong ever since. The ClubRec program continues to expand which offers members more benefits and security.
Not after paying for a membership term. As long as a member is within a “Membership Term” they can not be assessed additional fees to cover
the current equipment inventory offerings. Fees or levies may be charges upon use of new or never before offered special or performance
inventory. This protects members from paying for high performance or special inventory if they do not wish to use it.
Membership is the Club will be offered to select individuals, families and business that are referred by other members, apply and are
approved by the membership advisory board.
To become a member in the Club, you must submit to the Membership Office at the Club a fully completed and signed Membership Terms Agreement,
a signed Membership Rules and Regulations Agreement and a check for the required membership deposit or initiation fee. In the event your
application is not acted upon favorably, the membership deposit will be fully refunded.
The minimum term is a 1 year membership with 20 points (credits) which allows a member to use equipment up to 20 days during that year.
A 5 year 40 point pre-paid program offers the best value to members. This program is design for families and businesses who recreate
10-20 days per year.
The Club offers three primary modes of payment for the membership program. They include: payment by check or credit card, monthly
financing with a 20% down payment or a trade-in allowance based on the Club acquiring recreation equipment from the perspective member.
